This is easily the best division in professional football. Without spoiling my predictions, every team in this division could win the division besides one. That team, partially owned by perfect teeth Thomas Brady, could sneak into the playoffs and I would not be surprised.
This division has been dominated by the Chiefs for the past half a decade. It is hard to see that changing. Without any adieu let’s get into the predictions.
1st: Denver Broncos
Similar to Jayden Daniels, a lot of Denver Bronco’s quarterback Bo Nix’s success last season was in large part due to his advanced age. That is a polite way of saying he is old as shit.
Bo is very good and thanks to the excellent coaching of head coach Sean Payton, he will get even better. I’m not sure he will ever be a top five quarterback in the league. He will however be good enough to lead a talented team to a championship. Think Russell Wilson on the Seahawks in 2014 and Jalen Hurts earlier this year. It would be somewhat shocking, but I could see the Broncos celebrating a Superbowl win the next few seasons. They will take the first step towards their title this season.
Over under, 9.5 wins. crush that over!
2nd: Kansas City Chiefs
What is there to say that hasn’t been said about the Kansas City Chiefs?
Patrick Mahomes will remain number one atop my quarterback power rankings until either Josh Allen or Lamar Jackson lead their respective teams to a Super Bowl title. Patrick is the Steph Curry of the NFL. Meaning we will one day have a generation of players who will be inspired by Patrick. They will do their best to imitate Patrick’s playing style. But there is only one Patrick.
The only reason I think the Chiefs will take is a step back is human nature. The regular season is not interesting to them anymore. They will do just barely enough to make the playoffs and then turn up their game in the playoffs. They have done this the past few years and it has worked out for them pretty well.
Don’t be surprised to see Travis Kelce sit out a few regular season games with a bull shit injury.
Over under, 11.5. I’m way under.
3rd: Las Vegas Raiders
This team will be the beneficiary of a massive jump in wins due to a new head coach and a new quarterback. Pete Carrol is such an upgrade over the coaches that Vegas has trotted out the past few seasons that it is almost comical. Geno Smith is also far superior to any quarterback that they have recently been starting.
This team has talent all over both sides of the ball. I would not be shocked if Ashton Jeanty is one the best running backs in the league next year.
Side note, I had my bachelor party in Vegas and we went to a Raiders Bronco game. It was so awesome. The Raiders will always hold a special place in my heart ❤
Over under, 6.5. Take that over baby!
4th San Di……Los Angeles Chargers
This team should just move to London and rip the band aid off. No one gives a flying fuck that they are in Los Angeles. They should at least go back to San Diego. No one wants them there in LA!
The only reason this team is going to finish fourth is because someone has to. They will still be a good team, but I am rubbing my crystal ball and foreseeing that the injury bug will come for this team.
I am a firm believer in Jim Harbaugh and the program he is building here. This just isnt their year.
Over under 8. Take that under please.
See you all on Sunday for the NFC South my beloved Poopies!
A bientot!
