Please do not go back in time and look at my baseball predictions. They are not looking good! It will be a miracle if I get one out of the final four teams correct. I am so freaking bad at this gambling thing why do I even try? And on that note, here are my football picks for the weekend ❤
Thursday: Giants + 7.5 over Eagles
This was a very tough call. The Giants suck and the Eagles are really good. The Eagles are slumping right now, and this is a short week on the road for them. That is why I ultimately put my faith in the Giants and their rookie quarterback Jackson Dart to cover the spread in prime time. Watch the Eagles win by thirty and get their mojo back.
College Marquee: 3 Oregon -6.5 0ver 7 Indiana
If you told me a couple of years ago that we would be living in a world where the Indiana Hoosiers were the seventh ranked team in college football, I would have told you that you were fucking nuts! That is the reality that we currently reside in. This is the biggest test that this Indiana program has had in their entire history.
If they somehow win this game, you can essentially punch their ticket to the College Football Playoff. Unfortunately for them, this game is all the way in Oregon. The Ducks are too big, too fast and play too well at home. Indiana will not get embarrassed, but they will lose by multiple scores.
London Game: Broncos -6.5 over Jets
We continue to stick it to English people by forcing them to watch the lowly Jets. The Broncos are the far superior team in every facet of the game. The only way this game remains close is if the bad version of Bo Nix shows up in London. The Broncos are going to cover easily and then spend their winnings on some spotted dick!
Early Window
Browns +5.5 over Steelers
This is my most confident selection of the entire week. The Browns could actually end up winning this game. Their defense is going to ball out and keep it close. This line is way too big. I might put more than one unit on this one.
Dolphins +3.5 over Chargers
Sometimes we need to remember that NFL players are human beings too. Traveling all the way from Los Angeles to Miami to play the Dolphins in forecasted hot ass weather is a tall ask. For that reason, I am riding with the home underdogs in this contest.
Patriots -3.5 over Saints
The Patriots need to ride the momentum they created upsetting the Bills by sticking it to the poor Saints. This is going to be an unholy trouncing in the Big Easy.
Rams -7.5 over Ravens
This is a do or die game for the injury plagued Ravens. News flash! They are going to die!
Colts -7.5 over Cardinals
Danny Dimes and the Colts will continue rolling at home against Kyler Murray and the squeaky Cardinals.
Jaguars +1.5 over Seahawks
I honestly do not know why the Seahawks are favored over the Jaguars in Jacksonville. I am going to be betting the underdog MoneyLine on this one.
Cowboys -3.5 over Panthers
The two least predictable teams in the NFL are going to meet in Charlotte on Sunday. I have no fucking idea what will happen. I flipped a coin and at landed on the Cowboys.
Late Window
Titans +3.5 over Raiders
Your boy can’t quit the Titans. They are so bad, but the Raiders are somehow currently playing worse. Geno Smith is on pace to break the record for most interceptions in a single season. He will have a few more in this game and that will be the difference.
Buccaneers -3.5 over 49ers
This game will have a similar vibe to the Chargers Dolphins game. A team from California is traveling a long distance to play in the Florida heat. The Buccaneers are too good of a team to be given so many advantages. They are going to roll in this one.
Packers -14.5 over Bengals
This game is going to be as horrifying as a car crash. I will be able to look away. Once the Packers go up three scores I will stop watching.
Sunday Night
Lions +2.5 over Chiefs
This is an absolutely awesome Sunday Night matchup. The Lions are the better team and will win this game. Always bet on Dan Campbell and Jared Goff when they are underdogs. Always!
Monday Night
Falcons +4.5 over Bills
The Falcons high octane offense is going to torture the struggling Bills offense. This game is going to come down to the final possession and be determined by less than three points.
Commanders -4.5 over Bears
If the Bears lose this game on a hail marry like they did last year, this will be the second to last post that I ever write. The Bears can really exercise some demons by winning this game. Sadly, the Commanders are the much better team at the moment and will win this game handedly.
